This 2 Day Event hosted by Shawn Humphries' Elite Performance Systems will give you an introduction to the training and performance protocol used by the Washington University (St. Louis) Golf team.
Day One - We Focus On Your Performance
Over the past 28 years, I have had the opportunity train with and learn from the greatest teachers and coaches in the NFL and Olympic sports. From these experiences, I built the training system (Elite Performance Systems).
Elite Performance Systems (EPS) helps you master how you THINK – TRAIN – PERFORM.
EPS includes a combination of teaching, training and coaching within a team environment.
Since the inception of our youth training academy in (Grapevine, Texas, February 2001) our EPS student-athletes have won more than 1,400 individual titles in local, regional, and national tournaments.
100 percent of our Elite graduating seniors were offered golf scholarships.
Based on how Olympic-champions train and think, EPS focuses on three human performance indicators...
